When I'm feeling vulnerable to a bug running around in my circles, I quickly concoct my Immunity Elixir. It's a nasty mix of apple cider vinegar, turmeric, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. But it does the job! You can feel it working it's anti-inflammatory job within a few hours. Works best when consumed when you start feeling symptoms. Because this elixir is so potent, do not consume more than a few days in a row. You might also notice glowing cheeks afterwards too!

Stacey's Turmeric Immunity Elixir

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp ceylon cinnamon powder

1 healthy dash of cayenne pepper

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (cold)

water to dilute

straw

Slowly mix the ingredients together, being careful not to inhale the cinnamon powder particulates. Sip quickly with a straw, being mindful to not let the vinegar solution sit on your teeth so as to avoid enamel erosion. Not to be savored, but accomplished!
